Jennifer Bernardo is a Principal and Senior Consultant with JMB Consulting. She has more than 20 years experience as a human resources professional, providing talent management solutions in both internal and external consulting roles.
Her expertise encompasses working with organizations in order to establish and implement talent management initiatives designed to attract, retain, and engage employees. She has experience in working with a diverse range of public and private sector employers, including transportation, manufacturing, health care, professional services, and not for profit sector organizations.
Jennifer is an experienced learning and development professional, and she has designed, developed, and delivered a variety of courses and programs with the University of Guelph, Western University, and Fanshawe College, in addition to the corporate programs and sessions related to organizational learning and development through her consulting practice.
She remains current in industry best practices and emerging trends as a Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) and member of the Institute for Performance and Learning, and also holds her Masters Degree in Education from the University of Toronto (OISE).
